Design, implement, and support secure client network environments across multiple organizations
Work directly with client stakeholders and internal system engineers to configure and maintain firewalls, switching, and wireless infrastructure
Manage routing, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, and DNS across multi-site environments
Perform preventative maintenance and maintain documentation

Strong experience managing VLANs and firewall policies, preferably with WatchGuard and UniFi networking environments
Hands-on experience configuring and supporting WatchGuard firewalls, with familiarity in comparable platforms such as Cisco Meraki or SonicWall considered a plus
Experience administering Windows Server environments and Active Directory, including user, group, and policy management
Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, supporting multiple client infrastructures
Industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and/or CompTIA Network+
