Role Overview
- Provide foundational technical assistance within the IT department
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems
- Assist in configuring and deploying new employee workstations
- Install, update, and patch applications and operating systems

- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and documentation
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of AI models
- Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exposure to Active Directory and network infrastructure
