Role Overview
- Conduct technical design studies
- Prepare thermal load calculations, calculation notes and system/equipment sizing
- Analyze contractors' bids and proposals
- Assist the project manager during the site supervision/construction monitoring phase
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Thermal Engineering and Energy
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the field
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Skills in sanitary plumbing, special fluids and Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and requirements for public-access buildings (ERP)
- Professional working proficiency in English preferred
