Responsible for managing and transitioning individuals who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) into subsidized internships and ultimately unsubsidized paid employment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
At least one year of social services work experience
Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
Current driver license, car, and car insurance
Experience working with diverse populations in a case management setting is preferred.
Experience facilitating small groups/classes
High-level customer service experience
Strong personal/professional boundaries
High-level communication, prioritization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently
