Define and execute a multi-year global consumer products and licensing roadmap aligned to Milo & Chip’s IP growth.
Identify whitespace opportunities across physical, digital and experiential categories.
Align product strategy with content roadmap, audience insights and seasonal moments.
Steward and protect brand integrity while driving commercial outcomes.
Develop relationships with major mass retail, speciality and ecommerce partners across priority territories.
Lead negotiations across distribution, retail programs and commercial frameworks.
Shape retail and marketplace strategy in partnership with marketing & exec teams.
Structure, negotiate and oversee licensing, manufacturing and retail agreements.
Own revenue forecasting, budgeting and margin performance.
Build and lead the consumer products function as it scales.
Partner closely with Creative, Content, Marketing, Legal, Operations and Finance teams to ensure products authentically represent Spawnpoint Media IP and brand values.
Requirements
8+ years experience in consumer products, toys, licensing or entertainment IP businesses.
Led or significantly contributed to the consumer products function with a youth, family or entertainment IP brand.
Negotiated licensing agreements across toys, apparel, publishing or adjacent categories.
Explicit experience with big box retailers and global ecommerce platforms.
Deep understanding of international toy & child safety, testing, regulatory and compliance standards.
Owned revenue targets and commercial performance, not just partnership management.
Operated across multiple territories and understands the nuances of international expansion.
Built teams or functions within high-growth or evolving organisations.
