General IT support for clients
Analyze and resolve ad-hoc hardware and software issues
General first
and second-level support
Ongoing support and maintenance of clients, infrastructures, and applications
Setup and integration of IT systems
Installation and configuration of macOS workstations, iPhones, and iPads
Setup of networks (LAN/WLAN), firewalls, and VPNs
Setup and integration of storage and backup systems
Setup and integration of VoIP phone systems and endpoints
Setup and integration of the practice management software Tomedo
Planning and deployment of complete IT environments for new practices, including migration from Windows infrastructures to the Apple ecosystem.

At least 3 years of experience in IT support for businesses
Good knowledge of macOS and the Apple ecosystem
Experience with professional IT infrastructure (clients, networks, backup, VoIP, etc.)
Structured working approach and discipline for thorough documentation
Enjoy working directly with clients
German language skills, written and spoken, at least B2 level
Class B driving license (required for on-site assignments)
