Perform configuration and build within assigned athenaIDX modules
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and test environments
Develop and maintain documentation for system changes, workflows, and configurations
Support optimization initiatives by providing subject matter expertise
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices.

3+ years of hands-on athenaIDX experience
Experience with ERA enrollments, Missing ERA files and assist with Exchange optimization tickets
Experience with Athena EDI gateway for missing remittance
Experience entering Athena cases
Knowledge of Athena ERA exchanges and ERA file mapping to D198
Experience with ERA Multi-Payer exchange set up
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
