Role Overview
Prospecting: Build and maintain a targeted pipeline of qualified leads that match our ideal customer profile.
Master Outreach: Craft personalized cold emails and make impactful calls that spark genuine interest and secure demos.
Demo Booking: As your primary KPI, schedule quality demos for our sales team.
CRM Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of all activities, notes, and lead insights.
Follow-Up: Execute strategic multi-channel follow-ups to keep leads engaged.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to track the funnel and develop new strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Refine our outreach approach by optimizing prospecting scripts and sequences based on performance data.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles.
Prospecting experience in SaaS or Tech companies.
Native or fluent proficiency in German and English.
Experience in early-stage, high-growth startup environments.
Proven ability to prospect and book qualified demos through outbound sales activities.
Strong writing and communication skills.
