Rehrig Pacific Company is a dynamic organization in the Delivery Solutions sector, seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities in the Food Service, Beer, and Beverage industries. The SDR will engage potential customers, build a sales pipeline, and support the sales team through prospecting and lead generation efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and source new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and inbound leads
- Introduce customers to Rehrig Pacific’s innovative Delivery Solutions that transform logistics and operations
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and meet weekly/monthly outreach goals
- Use analytics and insights to target high-potential accounts and refine strategies
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Qualify leads by uncovering customer needs and aligning them with Rehrig’s solutions
- Share market feedback with internal teams to strengthen sales and marketing strategies
- Collaborate closely with marketing to develop content, campaigns, and nurturing sequences
- Build your knowledge of the Delivery Solutions portfolio, industry trends, and customer needs
- Participate in ongoing sales training, mentorship, and leadership development programs
- Represent Rehrig Pacific at trade shows and networking events to expand your industry presence
- Generate reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and outreach activity
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor trends
- Recommend tools and technologies that improve efficiency and results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in making cold calls and engaging potential customers
- Highly motivated, proactive, and organized — thriving both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer meetings, and internal events
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Gong is a plus
