Lead business discovery sessions and requirements workshops with client stakeholders, capturing business goals, pain points, and success criteria
Translate business requirements into Salesforce solution designs spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and custom platform configurations
Author business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FSDs), process flows, data models, and solution architecture diagrams
Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Developers to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment with platform best practices
Configure and customize the Salesforce platform: custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation
Drive UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off, ensuring delivered solutions meet client expectations
Support change management and user adoption through training materials, documentation, and enablement sessions
Manage requirements backlog and participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies — recommend mitigation strategies to project leadership
Contribute to pre-sales efforts including scoping, estimation, and solution presentations for prospective clients
Requirements
4–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Techno-Functional Consultant
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration/administration experience
Prior external consulting or SI delivery experience is strongly preferred
Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue Cloud) in implementation contexts
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes)
Experience with business process mapping, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder workshops
Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, MS Office / Google Workspace
Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration concepts
Exposure to Agentforce, Data Cloud, or Revenue Cloud Advanced is a significant plus
Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and basic data analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Comfortable leading client-facing meetings and navigating ambiguity
Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
