About this role
Role Overview
You handle incidents in 2nd to 3rd level support and find efficient solutions
You analyze and resolve more complex technical issues
You resolve incidents directly by phone, via remote access, or on site
You manage infrastructure, including servers and networks
You also create and maintain relevant documentation (e.g., guides)
You handle user and permission management
You work closely with developers and other key stakeholders in the company
Requirements
Completed education in IT/computer science or equivalent professional experience
Knowledge of Windows Server as well as M365/Azure
Proven professional experience in ICT support
Category B driving licence is an advantage
German spoken and written (C1)
English at least intermediate (B2)
