Responsible for independently managing the bank’s private market fund mandates
Responsible for the daily administration of private market investments, operational processing, and support of fund managers
Controlling of investment activities, monitoring liquidity, cash management, capital calls, and distributions
Coordination of capital events
Coordination of processes for integrating new fund mandates, including liquid and illiquid funds, and operational controlling of fund processes across their entire lifecycle
Handling client inquiries, maintaining tools and reports, and programming Excel files
Preparation and management of documents for committees and senior management

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Professional experience in the fund business, e.g., as a Fund Accountant or Fund Controller in Operations
Comprehensive knowledge of fund products, their lifecycle, and associated operational processes and regulations
Experience in cross-functional project management and coordination of fund projects
Interest in managing complex fund processes
Proactive personality with attention to detail and a strong quality orientation
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Comfortable with multitasking and client-facing work
Communication and interpersonal skills
IT affinity, proficiency in Excel programming (VBA) and development of tools and reports
Fluent in German and English
