Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline tracking
Manage the entire commercial lifecycle
Requirements
4–7 years of B2B/B2G sales experience, preferably in aerospace, space operations, SaaS, Earth observation, defense, aviation, or other high-tech/regulated industries
Strategic thinking
Proven track record of developing new markets and closing complex deals
Experience working with international customers, including government agencies, satellite operators, service providers, and integrators
Familiarity with CRM-driven sales processes
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
Excellent ability to qualify leads, build trust, and maintain stakeholder relationships
Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills
Clear, persuasive communication with strong presentation and storytelling abilities
