Respond to all incoming inquiries within 5–7 minutes.
Promptly follow up on missed calls in accordance with our contact protocol.
Collect initial information from clients, strictly following the script.
Communicate with clients in writing (WhatsApp / Email).
Accurately log deals in the CRM and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
Make outbound calls for various purposes: inviting people to webinars, informing them about promotions, conducting customer-development interviews, etc.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and clear spoken language.
Sociable — comfortable speaking with a wide range of people.
Friendly and able to build rapport quickly.
A genuine interest in working with people.
Emotional stability and the ability to adapt quickly to unexpected situations.
A desire to grow and develop a career in sales.
Fluent English and German (spoken and written).
Russian language skills are a strong plus.
