Strong focus on expanding the German market; several large customers already in place
Organize demo meetings with prospective new customers — including cold outreach
Source leads and new customers and manage them through the entire sales funnel; drive sales activities through to closing
Maintain and update the CRM system
Build a network of multipliers and partners
Network and represent the company at trade shows and conferences
Further develop and implement the existing sales strategy
Run strategic campaigns for lead acquisition
Strategic planning for market entry
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years’ sales experience in B2B SaaS and/or sustainability
Experience in the ESG field or with sustainability reporting is a plus
Proven ability to build initial contacts (cold outreach/cold calling)
Strong self-motivation, team player, and a self-directed, structured working style
Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Proactive with a strong hunter mentality
Experience in high-level B2B sales with enterprise customers and decision-makers
Comfortable working in an agile environment and able to adapt quickly to change
An existing B2B network is a bonus
Willingness to attend occasional on-site meetings and trade shows
