Requirements
Experience managing operational teams;
Strong organizational, planning and demand control skills;
Experience managing schedules, shift rotas and task distribution;
Knowledge or experience with working-time control (overtime, time bank/compensatory hours, minimum rest between shifts);
Good communication skills and ability to build relationships across different departments;
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation.
