About this role
Role Overview
Identify and approach potential customers — primarily by phone and email or at events such as trade shows, symposia and conferences
Qualify leads — via calls, web demos or on-site meetings
Business development — contribute your own ideas to refine our sales approach, materials and market access, and to open up new markets
You will work hand in hand with our founder, Jan.
Requirements
1–2 years' experience in Outbound/SDR/BDR
Genuine interest in sales and enjoyment in approaching, convincing customers and building long-term relationships
Persistent and motivated, even when customer decision processes take longer or obstacles arise
Team-oriented and willing to take responsibility for shared goals
Shows initiative and drives projects forward independently and reliably
Works in a structured way and follows tasks through consistently over longer periods
Speaks German at native level
