Controller

Role Overview

• Planning budgets, preparing forecasts, and managing liquidity
• Analyzing costs, revenues, and performance metrics to support corporate management
• Preparing reports, short-term ad hoc analyses, and decision-making proposals for executive management
• Early identification of opportunities and risks, variance analysis, and support in implementing control measures
• Assisting with investment decisions, evaluating projects, and performing profitability calculations
• Defining KPIs, dashboards, and early-warning systems for management
• Continuously improving controlling processes and reporting tools
• Monitoring risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting internal control systems
• Close collaboration with tax advisors, auditors, and internal departments

Requirements

• Commercial training with relevant further education or equivalent
• Proven experience in group-level controlling with responsibility for budgets in the high double-digit million range
• IT affinity and confident use of MS Office, with strong experience in Power BI
• Analytical skills, numerical aptitude, and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work independently and a sense of responsibility
• Excellent German and English skills; knowledge of Russian is an advantage
