Responsible for the financial steering of selected company divisions
Develop management and shareholder reports that facilitate decision-making — clear, relevant and to the point
Serve as a peer-level sparring partner with management and business units on P&L, balance sheet and cash flow matters
Manage central controlling processes such as budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and KPI systems
Lead strategically important cross-departmental projects, e.g. the budget process or ERP implementation
Ensure liquidity transparency, performance monitoring and early variance detection
Actively drive the further development, digitization and automation of controlling and reporting structures

A degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting
Several years of experience in controlling, e.g. in industry, project development, consulting or the banking sector
Deep understanding of controlling logic, reporting and KPIs, including responsibility for budgeting and forecasting
Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking and a clear commercial/business perspective
Experience in complex cross-functional projects and confidence in interacting with management and stakeholders
High IT and systems affinity; experience with Microsoft Dynamics and LucaNet is a plus
Structured, precise way of working as well as very good German and proficient English skills
