Lead delivery of cross-platform programs that power high volume ad serving, data, and reporting systems across linear and digital environments
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and technical tradeoffs across highly interdependent initiatives
Provide clear, consistent, and executive-ready program status reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required
8+ years of technical program management experience, ideally in advertising technology, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply in system architecture, data flows, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems
Solid understanding of advertising technology ecosystems, including ad serving, campaign management, forecasting, yield optimization, measurement, and converged linear + digital advertising platforms
Proven track record of driving large, enterprise-scale programs from conception through delivery, coordinating global engineering teams, and achieving measurable impact on platform reliability, scalability, adoption, or revenue
Exceptional ability to influence without authority across Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal
Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and mitigate technical and organizational risks, complex dependencies, and tradeoffs across multi-team initiatives
Track record of leading modernization and transformation initiatives, including re-architecture efforts, platform migrations, and transitions from legacy systems to cloud-native, scalable solutions
Experience setting program management best practices, improving delivery rigor, and mentoring other TPMs
