Enter vendor invoices into the accounts payable system, ensuring accuracy and correct coding
Provide administrative and financial support to the Accounts Payable team
Support the preparation and processing of outgoing payments in line with approval protocols
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and related documentation
Enter financial data into company systems, ensuring completeness and data integrity
Assist with the preparation of monthly AP-related financial statements and reports
Participate in improving AP reports and processes
Support the entry and processing of travel and expense reports, ensuring policy compliance
Assist with processing and reconciling corporate credit card expenses
Perform other delegated and professional tasks related to AP operations

Interest in finance, accounting, or accounts payable operations
High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
Ability to handle administrative and repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
Willingness to learn and develop under mentorship from senior AP team members
Basic understanding of financial processes and documentation
Organized, reliable, and able to follow defined procedures
Comfortable working with financial systems and data entry tools.
