Act as the single point of contact to the field team for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned region, product, or coverage area.
Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area.
Resolve issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
