Role Overview
- Maintenance and administration of the enterprise risk management system (ERMS)
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, and supporting the Enterprise Risk Management Team
- Development and maintenance of risk management documentation, policies, and procedures
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files related to enterprise risk management activities
- Support risk and control owners in accurately documenting the control environment
- Assisting the Risk Management Specialist with ensuring risk management processes are enforced
- Regularly review information held on the risk management system
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and compile risk-related information
- Engage with the Risk Management System support for effective ERM tool operation
- Assist the team in identifying future enhancements and resolving problems
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
- BComm in Internal/ External Audit (preferred), Law or related fields
- 2 + years proven experience in a risk management or audit environment
- Knowledge of enterprise risk management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
