Defines Experience Requirements and Guides Execution
Collaborates with product owners and cross-functional team members to define user and business requirements
Ensures strategic alignment from concept through delivery, partnering closely with development teams to maintain design integrity throughout execution
Champions Strategic UX Initiatives and Special Projects
Leads or contributes to special projects that advance UX maturity across the organization

Requirements
Five years related work experience
Two years of User Experience or User Interface experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical field
