Leads and manages areas of business operations within the school
Directs and coordinates educational, administrative and counseling activities of high school students
Ensures conformance of educational programs to state and local school board standards
Researches and implements non-K12 curriculum resources that meet state standards
Articulates the school’s mission and vision
Uses communication technologies to support a predominantly virtual/remote work environment
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding education
Supervises and evaluates teaching staff

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years related professional experience
Missouri Academic Administrator Teaching Certification
Previous Supervisory Experience
Master’s degree AND Five (5) years of educational experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.) proficiency
Ability to travel 20% of the time for meetings, professional development, etc.
Ability to clear required background check
