Lead, plan, coordinate and manage the procurement of utilities for QTS
Leadership responsibility for energy/water/waste contracting
Risk management
Predevelopment and supplier management
Sales training and customer communications related to energy contracting processes
Work closely with development team on infrastructure improvements for new sites
Assist with energy related goals and commitments and manage green building certifications
Interface regularly with utility related dashboards to assist in operational financial planning
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in science, engineering, architecture, business, law, finance, or related field or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
Ten or more years’ of related professional experience
Five or more years’ experience leading company-wide energy contracting initiatives
Demonstrated experience working directly with senior executives and collaborating effectively across all levels of the organization
Certified Energy Manager (CEM®)
Professional Engineer (PE) OR Registered Architect (RA)
