Support contract creation, program documentation, and stakeholder coordination to accelerate alliance deal execution.
Partner closely with Sales, Legal, and Alliance teams to prepare compliant quote packages, engagement artifacts, and program documents.
Draft and refine engagement records, mapping contract data across Salesforce and Icertis, proactively addressing blockers.
Contribute to leadership reporting by developing Power BI dashboards focused on usability, accuracy, and decision-making alignment.
Requirements
+2 years of experience in commercial operations, client contracting, or alliance support, preferable within a professional services or SaaS environment.
Strong stakeholders management with sense of urgency.
Advanced level English (both oral & written)
Excel & PowerPoint advanced level.
Advanced level PowerBI including dashboard creation from scratch.
Open to learn new tools & upskilling.
Strongly analytical, detail oriented, effective communicator, including presentation skills, proactive problem solver, business minded, self-efficient.
