Quantify customer value with robust business cases — including ROI and impact hypotheses
Close collaboration with delivery and product teams
Requirements
At least 5 years of customer-facing experience in enterprise B2B software in consulting, pre-sales, or value roles, with demonstrable business impact and an executive-ready storyline
Solid experience in at least one of our core industries, e.g. automotive, aerospace, defence, or machinery, or in a comparable sector
Confident communication across all levels, from shop floor to senior management
Comfortable handling complex, unstructured problems; collaborative and adaptable working style
Experienced in developing business cases and running customer workshops, as well as delivering executive-level pitches
Familiar with working alongside engineering, product, and delivery teams; able to translate project insights into concrete product improvements and scalable solutions
Willingness to attend on-site customer meetings to accelerate processes
Fluent written and spoken German and English (business fluent)
