About this role
Role Overview
You own the content and channel strategy across two business units and ensure our messages reach the right audiences — converting into qualified leads.
You develop a clear B2B content and channel strategy for our target audiences and define messaging, storylines and formats across the entire customer journey — from awareness to leads and opportunities.
You refine and optimize our marketing setup with a focus on email marketing/automation, LinkedIn, Meta, and identify new tactics, formats and touchpoints.
You coordinate the operational marketing team and external partners through clear priorities, briefings and feedback.
You use AI for ideation, copywriting, content variants, campaign development and testing, and help develop an AI-first way of working in marketing.
You build clear reporting with central KPIs and derive concrete optimizations for campaigns and channels.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B marketing experience in acquisition-driven environments (e.g., agency, SaaS, events, consulting), ideally with a focus on content/channel strategy and demand generation.
Strong channel expertise in LinkedIn, email/CRM, paid social and landing pages — you know what content works where.
Strong in concept development and storytelling: you think from the market and audience perspective and can create clear lead magnets, messages, hooks and CTAs.
Proven AI and automation experience in marketing: you have worked extensively with AI tools, automated workflows or reporting, and can bring and further professionalize this setup with us.
You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality: you can build systems but also produce content yourself and launch campaigns.
Fluent German (business/negotiation level) and confident English.
