For this we are looking for a performance marketing professional with genuine e‑commerce expertise: you won’t just manage budgets, you’ll think about performance holistically, from the ad through to the conversion on the shop.
Channel ownership & expansion: You will take strategic and operational responsibility for existing channels.
Agency management & search strategy: You will be the main point of contact for our Google & Bing Ads agency. You will steer the collaboration, challenge results, develop the strategic roadmap for Search + Shopping, and unlock synergies between channels.
Unlocking new potential: You will proactively build new social and native channels and take our remarketing to the next level.
E‑commerce & conversion focus: For you, performance marketing doesn’t end at the ad. You will analyze our shops’ performance, understand the user journey, and provide data‑driven recommendations to evolve the shops and landing pages to maximize conversion rate and ROAS.
International scaling: We operate globally. You will roll out successful campaign setups to new markets and support the launch of additional shops in the future.
Collaboration & interfaces: You will work in a small, high‑impact team, coordinate closely with our newsletter specialist, and collaborate intensively with our data team to make optimal use of tracking and analytics infrastructure.
Requirements
Analytical marketer with shop understanding: You have left the “wild years” of performance marketing behind, know the platforms inside out, and are now ready to take true ownership in a highly profitable environment.
Experience: You bring 3 to 5 years of solid professional experience in performance marketing, ideally in a dynamic e‑commerce or scale‑up environment.
Network expertise: You are proficient with Meta, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Outbrain/Taboola, and RTB House.
Pioneer mentality: You have initial experience with — or at least a strong strategic interest in — channels like TikTok and Pinterest.
E‑commerce mindset: You are not just an “ad pusher.” You have a deep understanding of shop mechanics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and the interplay between traffic quality and shop usability.
Team spirit: You are a true team player who works collaboratively (for example, in tandem with shop management) and enjoys sharing knowledge.
