Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies for the German market
Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted acquisition of wholesale customers (e.g., network operators, carriers)
Advise on and market technical SIP wholesale products from Gamma's portfolio
Manage and conduct tender processes and procurement bids
Achieve individually agreed sales targets
Manage wholesale customers such as network operators and international carriers
Conduct customer meetings, trade shows, presentations and contract negotiations in the field
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Participate in marketing activities with a focus on target markets
Monitor the market, perform competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with Engineering/Technical teams, Product Management, Procurement and Legal to implement customer-specific solutions

Experience in sales, preferably in B2B or telecommunications (knowledge of network technologies, products and the competitive landscape)
Willingness to travel (flexibility for field and customer appointments across Germany) and a high degree of self-motivation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and develop partnerships on an equal footing
Structured working style and strong closing ability
Excellent written and spoken German
Good written and spoken English
