Role Overview
- You'll play a key role in our next growth phase and ensure that OnStage consistently acquires new qualified leads and customers via LinkedIn.
- Active LinkedIn outreach (DMs according to scripts and system)
- Structured follow-ups and conversation management (human, authentic chats with the target audience)
- Relationship building & social selling (commenting and interacting with the target audience in the feed)
Requirements
- Strong social and communication skills
- Sales affinity (initial experience in sales, outreach, or phone sales is an advantage)
- Structured, independent way of working
- LinkedIn or social media experience helpful but not required
