Work on questions in complex strategy, subject-matter, and implementation projects
Advise our clients on strategy, governance, and processes in the areas of lending, property valuation, refinancing, risk management, and sustainability
Develop consulting products taking into account client needs, market developments, and the strategic direction and ambitions of vdpConsulting AG
Support the executive board in further developing the company with regard to strategy and processes

Completed university degree in economics/business administration (or equivalent)
Initial practical experience in a lending or real estate company and/or in a consulting firm focused on the financial services industry (for Junior Consultants)
At least two years of verifiable and relevant professional experience (for Senior Consultants)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confident demeanor and enjoyment of client interaction
Growth mindset and enthusiasm for innovative thinking
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel
