Support custom lead generation campaigns and admin tasks.
End-to-end management of lead generation campaigns, including uploading landing pages and creating custom forms.
Liaising with clients, sales teams, and writers.
Manage processes for email marketing, including builds, list creation, and execution.
Analysis of emails and reporting (weekly/monthly reporting to TN teams).
Accurate record keeping in Trello and custom trackers which campaign status, goals, and email dates.
Coordinate with Paid Social Media teams to set up and execute campaigns as needed.
Monitor and follow up with external clients, Creative Writers and Design to ensure timelines are met for campaign goals.
Communicate any and all updates on lead generation campaigns, including launch timelines, materials required, changes needed, and analysis of launched campaigns.
Continually assess, update, and make necessary changes to all operational SOPs in relation to the position.
Support with additional tasks, including newsletter and 3rd party eBlast support, event and webinar eMarketing.
Requirements
1+ years of experience working with email marketing
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp)
Excellent communication skills to report results to stakeholders and work cross-functionally with multiple departments and multiple brands.
Familiarity with the digital publishing, lead generation campaigns, or science sectors is highly desirable.
