Develop and implement various sales training programs for commercial and residential sales representatives.
Train and transition newly hired members of the sales team within the Vector branches.
Ensure consistent baseline training for all new commercial and residential sales hires.
Work with sales directors on best practices for existing sales representatives.
Coach existing sales representatives on best practices to maintain expected sales quotas.
Communicate with key approved vendors on training support documents and videos.
Stay current with training trends and attend external training seminars as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a sales or training role.
Sales experience in the home or commercial security industry is preferred.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
Must possess a solid understanding of the technical aspects of security systems.
Must be able to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time.
Must be able to effectively communicate various sales strategies to new and experienced sales representatives.
