Supporting the execution of the Price Increase Programme to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Ensure adherence to ROCO compliance standards.
Reconciling volume data in the CRM and resolving any discrepancies promptly to maintain data accuracy.
Liaising with Finance and Account Managers to address and resolve operational and billing‑related issues.
Managing upsells, cancellations, renegotiations, and contract adjustments to ensure accurate billing and smooth operational workflows.
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of Nexus contracts while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
Tracking renewal timelines and contributing to deal desk preparation to support consistent revenue continuity.

You must have experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial operations.
You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
You should feel confident communicating with clients and internal stakeholders as required.
You will bring strong organisational and communication skills that help you work effectively across teams.
