Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports across marketing and sales enablement functions
Automate recurring reporting processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Conduct deep-dive analysis on lead generation, funnel conversion, and campaign ROI
Support sales enablement by researching target accounts, industries, and market trends
Provide actionable insights to improve targeting, messaging, and pipeline quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing performance with business objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation where possible
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or a related role (B2B preferred)
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Google Analytics, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Experience with marketing and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Analytical thinker with strong number-crunching and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to marketing and sales leadership (English)
Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus, but not mandatory
