Ensure all invoices for the month are received in the mailbox and completely processed from automated workflow
Analyze and understand invoice exception errors, develop corrective action plans to remediate, eliminate, and reduce those errors.
Perform vendor statement reconciliations on a regular basis.
Resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries promptly
Prepare accrual reports and assist in month-end closing activities
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate postings
Ensure all AP transactions comply with company policies and statutory regulations.
Assist with internal and external audit requests related to AP activities.
Assist with other projects or duties as assigned, including continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–3 years experience in Procure to Pay cycle
Knowledge of accounting principles
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
