About this role
Role Overview
Own the entire outbound process end-to-end — from the first contact through to a booked demo.
Build and scale lead generation via cold email and LinkedIn.
Optimize lead funnels and landing pages for conversion.
Manage every touchpoint with precision and consistency.
Write and execute cold email campaigns targeting the DACH markets.
Execute structured LinkedIn outreach to key decision-makers.
Set up and improve lead funnels — ensuring no lead is left behind.
Collaborate on landing pages that convert.
Coordinate follow-ups and prepare demo calls to maximize close rates.
Requirements
Native-level German.
3–5 years of experience in B2B outbound or sales.
Strong copywriting instincts — clear, concise, no fluff.
Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, or similar.
Self-starter who builds structure rather than just following it.
Willingness to travel — occasional business trips within the DACH region (in coordination with the client).
