Own operations focused projects and infrastructure
Build and maintain prospecting workflows, data enrichment processes, and automate targeted outreach at scale
Support and run outbound campaigns across email and other platforms, continuously testing and improving performance
Maintain clean, structured data and ensure systems are set up to support scalable growth
Work closely with marketing, sales, and events teams to align on campaigns and priorities
Run A/B tests across messaging, audiences, and channels to improve conversion

Foundational understanding of data, enrichment, or automation workflows
Experience with CRM Tools and have optimised processes within a revenue operations environment
Experience with building automations across platforms (e.g. Clay, Zapier)
Curious about how systems drive growth
Enjoy working with CRMs, Clay, automation platforms, or data tools
Comfortable learning new tools quickly and figuring things out as you go
Think in segments, systems, and processes, not just one-off campaigns
Detail-oriented but also care about outcomes and performance
Collaborative and comfortable working across multiple teams
