Prepare the firm to comply with MiCA legislation.
Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, monitoring and reporting on compliance obligations.
Identifying and addressing compliance risks.
Conducting crypto related investigations and addressing risks.
SAR reporting to FCIS (FNTT) and conducting EDD investigations.
