Compliance Analyst, Licensing & Risks

Role Overview

• Manage Nuvei’s licensing obligations across U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for regulatory submissions
• Track and log card network violations and escalations
• Support registration, due diligence, and reporting for card network programs
• Submit sponsor bank reports and ensure accurate reporting
• Maintain the regulatory compliance calendar
• Respond to card network inquiries and support day-to-day Compliance activities
• Assist in risk management and control activities

Requirements

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in license maintenance, paralegal or similar role.

· License Maintenance: Experience with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) preferred.

· Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risks and ensure compliance.

· Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and compliance initiatives.

· Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and training.
