About this role
Role Overview
First point of contact for our clients: You will prospect and schedule appointments for the Key Account team and the field sales force.
Organizational talent & keeping things running: You are responsible for the thorough preparation of meetings with new clients.
Coordination & preparation: You conduct research in advance to support telephone outreach.
Point of contact for inquiries: You handle telephone consultations and pre-sales activities for our product portfolio.
Responsible for customer analysis and pre-qualification.
Reliably manage data management and master data maintenance.
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training – preferably in a commercial/business field
Ideally, initial professional experience in sales
Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Outlook
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Strong willingness to learn and to work with complex products
