You independently identify and acquire potential customers and partners across various industries and departments — from initial research to successful outreach.
You manage the sales cycle with a focus on first contact (phone, email, LinkedIn), through needs analysis to qualification and negotiation.
You take ownership of your leads and continuously develop them using a structured, consultative sales process.
In close coordination with the team, you are responsible for coordinating, preparing, and conducting client meetings (remote and on-site).
You analyze markets, target groups, and competitors to identify new opportunities and develop well-founded sales strategies.
You work closely with the marketing and sales teams — e.g., creating sales content (website, newsletters, case studies) or planning and executing campaigns.
You use modern tools like HubSpot for structured lead management and ideally have initial experience using AI-supported tools in everyday sales.
Requirements
Positive, naturally curious, and eager to learn
Goal-oriented, strong communicator, and comfortable working with people
You value personal contact both within the team and with clients and are not deterred by cold calling
Initial sales experience (e.g., as an SDR, Junior AE) or in a customer-facing role (e.g., any sales area, marketing, hospitality/hotel industry)
Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
Language skills: German (very good, C2), English (fluent)
