Prospect potential companies with the aim of creating connections, generating interest, nurturing relationships and producing leads that result in scheduled meetings for our Account Executive team
Create monthly lead lists for outbound prospecting
Conduct initial outreach and qualification of potential customers via calls and emails
Execute the qualification script based on the customer profile and the most suitable solution
Organize customer information in the CRM
Study sales training materials, the product, and especially the pain points and challenges of our prospective customers' market
Guide potential customers through the buying journey
Ensure the generation of qualified leads to develop opportunities
Be responsible for using and updating information in the Sales Engagement system
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
At least 1 year of experience working as an SDR
Persuasion and influencing skills
Assertive communication (verbal and written)
Resilience, adaptability and openness to change
Comfortable with search tools (LinkedIn primarily)
Good command of Microsoft Office / Google Docs
