Role Overview
- Main point of contact, mediator and overall coordinator from first contact to final delivery
- Define and achieve campaign objectives
- Carry out project controlling tasks (monitoring, reporting, budget control)
- Maintain overall oversight
- Showcase agency experience at events
- Manage tenders and deliver pitch presentations
Requirements
- Regular presence in our office is essential
- High standards for yourself and your work
- Develop new strategies and creative concepts together with the team and clients
- Design, implement and develop communication measures within campaigns
- Ensure projects are executed within budget
- Handle administrative project management tasks
- Project controlling (monitoring and controlling)
- Create presentations, analyses and project reports
- Coordinate promotional materials (apparel, technical equipment, giveaways, etc.)
- Curious and enthusiastic about events
