About this role
Role Overview
- Design, implement, and optimise ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants and lead workshops.
- Advise clients on best practices for CMDB and CSDM.
- Build integrations (REST APIs, MID Servers) and use scripting (JavaScript).
- Facilitate workshops and present solutions with clarity and impact.
- Contribute ideas, improve processes, and help build the company.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and ITSM/ITIL frameworks.
- Hands-on technical skills: JavaScript, REST APIs, and MID Servers.
- Experience leading workshops, solution designs, and client presentations.
