Prepare and monitor project development schedules, from the pre-executive stage through to the 'Released for Construction' phase.
Coordinate and guide the team on technical and planning matters.
Lead project meetings with internal teams and clients.
Manage the flow of information among all stakeholders, facilitating agile decision-making.
Propose technical and reengineering solutions to optimize projects.
Perform coordination and critical review of multidisciplinary projects (architecture, structural, MEP, etc.).
Identify clashes between disciplines and propose solutions.
Analyze projects for budgeting new construction and development of new products.
Support the monitoring of deliverables for approval of progress measurements.
Prepare management reports.
Work closely with the construction site, supporting management of design changes.
