About this role
Role Overview
- Manage and support existing retailers and associations within the assigned sales territory
- Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships
- Project management for accounts requiring intensive support
- Present new products on-site to customers
- Conduct product and program trainings (e.g., B2B ordering)
- Advise on assortment planning, product presentation and on-site sales promotion
- Implement the sales strategy and achieve revenue targets
- Prepare quotations and support price negotiations
- Attend trade shows, customer events and dealer meetings
- Monitor market trends, competitors and pricing developments
- Create tour plans and organize appointments, as well as follow up on customer visits
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the bike and/or sports industry
- Existing dealer network and good contacts within the industry
- Residence in northwest Germany is an advantage
