Role Overview
- You are KASPAR’s face in the region. Approximately 60% of your time is spent visiting customers on site; the remainder is used for preparing quotes, planning and coordinating with the team.
- You maintain an established customer network across industry, trade, commercial businesses and the construction sector—some relationships spanning over 25 years—and you actively develop these relationships further.
- You proactively approach new customers: construction companies, general contractors, tradespeople, industrial firms and municipalities within a radius of up to 100 km.
- You work with customers to develop tailored solutions for disposal and recycling—no off-the-shelf standard products.
- You collaborate closely with dispatch and operations management, benefiting from short decision-making paths and quick decisions.
- 1–2 days per week you are on site for the joint sales round with the team.
Requirements
- You already have experience in B2B sales and know how to build trust and retain customers long-term.
- You live within approximately 50 to 100 km of St. Georgen, know the region and ideally its key industries.
- Your CV demonstrates continuity. You are someone who stays and builds up relationships and business.
- You convince through substance and a genuine interest in your counterpart.
This would be a real plus:
- Experience in construction, waste management/collection, building materials trade or technical sales.
- An existing network in the regional construction or trades sector.
- No university degree required. Vocational training combined with solid sales experience is equally welcome.
